About Direct Teach Love

Who We Are

Direct Teach Love (DTL) was created to support the people behind early childhood programs—the leaders, directors, and educators who carry the responsibility of children, families, staff, and compliance every single day. We understand that running a school is not just about instruction; it’s about leadership, structure, trust, and sustainability.

With over 20 years of executive leadership experience in early childhood education, DTL partners with preschools and daycare centers to strengthen operations, stabilize leadership, and build systems that allow programs to grow with confidence. We don’t offer one-size-fits-all advice—we step in with practical, hands-on support that works in real school environments.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help early childhood programs move from survival mode to sustainable growth by providing strategic leadership, operational clarity, and people-centered systems. We exist to ensure programs remain compliant, supported, and positioned to serve children and families at the highest standard—without burning out the leaders who run them.

Why We Do This Work

We’ve seen passionate educators overwhelmed by staffing shortages, compliance pressure, parent communication challenges, and financial stress. Too often, strong programs struggle not because they lack heart—but because they lack support.

Direct Teach Love was built from a deep respect for early childhood professionals and a belief that leadership should never feel isolating. We do this work because schools deserve experienced guidance, and leaders deserve partners who understand the weight of their role.

Our Commitment to Community

DTL is deeply rooted in the early childhood community. We believe strong schools build strong families—and strong families build thriving communities. Our work focuses on long-term impact, not quick fixes.

We proudly operate within DHS compliance standards, maintain all required background clearances, and are First Aid and CPR certified. When needed, we are qualified to serve as a Stand-In Director, providing immediate, compliant leadership so programs can continue operating without disruption.

Our Approach

At Direct Teach Love, we lead with:

  • Direct support that addresses real challenges

  • Clear teaching that equips teams with practical skills

  • Genuine care that honors the mission of early childhood education

We listen first, assess carefully, and then act with intention. Whether stabilizing operations, training staff, supporting leadership, or helping a program recover and grow, our goal is always the same: clarity, confidence, and continuity.
